At Coastal Furnishing, we make the process of buying furniture simple with our website. Orders are taken through our website, and then come to our warehouse where they're fulfilled and delivered to you! Most products are customizable, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Ordering
Simply select the product or products you'd like to order and checkout through our website. Most products have different variants you can choose from, but if you want something even more custom, reach out to us, and we'll assist you through it! All of our tables are completely color customizable, so changing the color on any table or set is just a matter of making a note for us in the comments box at checkout!
After Ordering
We're a small, personable business; so once you place your order we're going to reach out just to do a quick overview of everything, so we can make sure we get it all right!
The Process
Once we ensure everything on our end is correct, we'll get to handcrafting and hand-finishing your pieces. Along the way, we'll reach out to make sure the colors and details are what you're looking for!
Delivery
Once your order is ready, we'll reach out to coordinate delivery to you. We'll let you know what options we have for your area, and will come up with a day that works with your schedule! At delivery, our driver will arrive with your order. Please note that our drivers are more than happy to get your order exactly where you want it but may require help on your end depending on where you'd like it to go!
Returns/ Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products. Since we work with you on exactly what you want from the beginning, we're confident you're going to love your new furniture. If an order is delivered and you are not pleased with something, you can take advantage of our money back guarantee. Please note that once we have delivered your furniture, we can no longer accept returns or refunds. Of course if you are unhappy with something, we are happy to work with you to get it resolved!
Warranty
We offer a 3 month structural warranty on our furniture. A structural warranty covers the structural integrity of the furniture. If a chair leg breaks or a crack appears in your furniture, this would be an example of something we cover! For instances like this, we will either fix or replace your piece depending on what's necessary. Please note that the warranty does not cover pet damage or normal wear of the furniture.
