Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We hand deliver our products throughout the state of Florida!

 

Q: What is the turnaround time for orders?

A: Our turnaround time is usually between 7-12 weeks depending on order volume. Current turnaround time can be found under the "Cart" tab. Please allow an additional week to a week and a half if your piece is being delivered.

Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?

A: We use our own delivery service for deliveries, and someone will need to be home to sign off on the order. If you would like the order inside your home, someone will need to be present to assist in getting it inside. Otherwise our driver will happily place it in the garage or somewhere similar. Please note our drivers cannot assist in getting tables up stairs. We deliver to the first floor only.

Q: I love one of your dining tables/ sets but I'd like to make a customization; is that possible?

A:All of our tables can be customized. Please leave a note in the comments box at checkout with the customization. If you're not sure about the customization you'd like, feel free to contact us. Please note that chairs cannot be customized. Please also note that our refund/return policy is not applicable for any customized pieces. Customizations include changes in color, stain, design, and/or distressing.

Q: I would like to order to reserve my piece, but I'm not sure when I can accept the piece yet. Can you hold it until I'm ready?

A: Yes! We can hold pieces as long as needed. All we ask is that you leave a note in the comments box at checkout letting us know the approximate time you will need it.

Q: I am worried that my table may not turn out exactly like in the pictures. What guarantees do you give?

A: For non-customized pieces, if you are dissatisfied with the product, we are happy to offer a refund and take back the order upon arrival. We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has left our store or our delivery driver has left the location of delivery. Our refund/return policy is not applicable for any customized pieces. Customizations include changes in color, stain, design, and/or distressing. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Q: I've run into a bit of a tricky situation and need to cancel my order. What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancelled orders are accepted for any of our website products. For custom woodworks, please reach out to us to see if your specific order is eligible for cancellation.

Q: I need a piece made that I cannot find on your site. Can you make it?

A: If you need a custom piece done that we do not have on our site, please contact us via email or phone and we will let you know if it is something we can do and a price. Please note we do not do hardware such as doors on pieces, drawers, or cabinets.

Q: Do you coat your pieces to protect from spills and my messy kids?

A: Yes! This is a question we get asked very often. We understand that when you spend a large sum of money, you want to make sure your kids won't destroy your items. Our pieces are all coated with MULTIPLE coats of polyurethane to protect from scratches, spills, and most importantly... KIDS! All of our paint is scrubbable and stain resistant to ensure you get the longest possible life out of it.

Q: Got my table... LOVE IT. Should I do anything special to take care of it?

A: The only thing we recommend is to not place your table near a radiator or directly near a vent. Sudden changes in temperature can have an effect on your piece over time. This is similar between ANY wooden furniture. We also recommend running humidifiers and dehumidifiers when necessary. This is not a must but will help your table last even longer. Simply use a wet cloth or any furniture cleaner to clean your pieces.
