Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.


Terms and Conditions

Each piece is unique. Wood grain and exact look will vary. Our pieces are all original and each have their own character. We make no guarantee on EXACT color of finished product. We make no guarantees on exact dimensions of tables. All sizes are estimates and may differ by inches. Please be sure about the finish/color you would like before placing an order. We are here to help and want to make sure you get the right color for your unique space. Please note that all pieces are handpainted/stained.


We will accept refunds/ returns ONLY at the time of delivery or pickup. Once the delivery driver has left the location of drop off or you have left our shop with your order, we will no longer accept any form of return or refund. If you have paid a deposit, you may pay the remaining balance via check or payable invoice sent from us. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect their order at delivery/ pickup. Acceptance of delivery or pickup is the acknowledgement that the refund period is no longer active.


We extend a 3 month limited structural guarantee on our dining tables. The warranty period begins at initial delivery. Warranty is up to our discretion and does not include a refund. Our tables are made of solid wood which means movement is possible. Wood can expand and contract depending on humidity. If your table does this slightly, it is normal and shouldn't damage the piece. We take precautions to ensure this does not happen such as providing extra coating on table tops to limit moisture absorption. We will not offer repairs on minor wood movement that does not clearly alter your piece. In the case that your table top moves so much as to damage the piece or cause noticeable issues, your warranty will cover your table within the 3 month period. On your part, we ask that you do not place your table near a radiator or vent in your home. Doing so causes drastic changes to the temperature of the wood which can damage the piece. In the case that your piece is damaged by this, your warranty may be void. Warranty may also be void if your piece is kept in storage or any other place not climate controlled, as weather near or below freezing can have a damaging effect on wood. Damage to tables due to contraction and expansion is rare but is possible. Your 3 month warranty will be up to our discretion and will not always be a complete rebuild of your table. If your table is fixable, we will fix all areas of your table affected. In the event that your table is not fixable, we will be happy to build you a new one. Please note that every table differs as they are handmade. With that said, a rebuild will have different character in the wood and may have slightly different measurements. Stain color might also slightly vary, as every piece of wood takes stain uniquely. In the event that your table is damaged by external factors including but not limited to negligent care, your warranty will be void. In the event that the table has been taken apart by the consumer, we may void your warranty under our discretion. The fixing or rebuilding process of your table can take up to 5 months depending on our current turnaround time. This long of a wait time is rare but possible. If you picked up your table from us, we will ask that you bring it back into our shop for repair or exchange. If we delivered your table, we are able to pick it back up for fixing or exchange, but this may increase your wait time. Under our discretion, we may ask you to bring the table in to our shop if we are unable to pick it up, though this is rare. Our method of building equals about 1 out of every 150 tables encountering an issue in the 3 month warranty period. Warranty is only good for one rebuild. Once you receive a new table due to taking advantage of your warranty, you will no longer have a warranty on your new table. We do this because with the odds of 1 to 150, it is likely that if your table is damaged a second time, it is most likely an issue on the consumer's part and not ours. Our warranty only covers damages to your table that are a direct result of a structural building error. Please not that our warranty does not cover any aesthetic damage such as paint scuffs or scratches. Exact warranty date starts from the date of ordering, not the date of pickup or drop off. We use this method because we always have dates of the order, and don't always have dates of the drop off or pickup. Please note your warranty does not extend to chairs. If you encounter a problem with your chairs, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. By ordering or purchasing a table from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.


We accept returns for a full refund ONLY at the time of delivery. If products are not sent back at the time of delivery, a restocking fee may apply, and/or the customer may be responsible for shipping the products back in original condition before receiving a refund. Any returns not sent back at the time of delivery may be declined and denied a refund. Returns/refunds ONLY apply to product selections on our site. Any orders that include customization in size, color, or finish are non-refundable. All sales are final on custom orders. Refunds and returns cannot be offered on ANY order held over 6 months from order placement. Our delivery will never exceed 6 months, so if a customer asks for a hold that exceeds this time, it will void the possibility of a refund.
