Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery via our own delivery service throughout the state of Florida, and third party freight shipping to Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Please see details of each below.

Delivery in Florida: If you live in Florida or are taking delivery in Florida, please select "Florida Delivery" as your shipping option at checkout. We will reach out to you when your order is completed and let you know what days we have available for delivery. Please keep in mind that in order to keep our delivery costs low, we load up several orders going to the same area at a time. We will do our best to work with you on a day that works best for you but limited availability on your end may lead to delays in receiving your order.

At the time of delivery, you will be asked to look over your order and ensure there is no damage. You will be asked to sign the delivery slip acknowledging that you received your order. Any damages to the order must be clearly notated on your signed delivery slip in order for us to correct them. Please note that as stated on product pages, and other areas of our site; once a delivery slip is signed, we do not offer refunds or returns on orders. If you have any issues in the future, please reach out to us and we will of course do our best to assist. We absolutely stand behind our work and want to ensure every customer is satisfied, but refunds and returns will not be accepted after delivery has been made.

Outside of Florida Freight Shipping (AL,GA, SC, and NC): If you live in one of the states listed, you can take advantage of our freight shipping via third party logistics. At checkout, you MUST select the "Outside of Florida" shipping option. Please note that orders being freight shipped will take approximately 12-14 weeks to arrive. Once your order is completed, we will coordinate shipping with one of a few third party companies we work with. The company will reach out to you and coordinate a delivery time with you. Delivery will be curbside meaning drivers may not assist in getting the piece in your home for insurance reasons.

Deliveries made outside of Florida will receive chairs NOT assembled and in boxes. Assembly is very straight forward and will include instructions. 

To make things as smooth as possible, we will reach out to you before the order is loaded and make sure the color of the piece is to your liking. This way, we can make any changes before the long journey to your home. With that in mind, we will not be able to take any returns due to color at the time of delivery. In the event a customer refuses to sign for delivery due to color, a refund may be denied.
